They all end with a consonant + le. The spelling pattern is often called Consonant + LE.
The letter right before le is a consonant (for example b, g, t). It is not a vowel.
In many accents, le at the end of a word sounds like a syllabic /l/ or a light /əl/ — listen to the four words and compare!
