上一节我们练了 for 与 since；这一节回答：有 yesterday / last / ago 常配什么？强调到现在为止的经历或现场结果又常用什么？
观察点（中文锚句 + 英文关键词）
一般过去时 Past Simple
- 观察点：说话人关心过去那个时刻发生了什么、怎样结束。
- 谓语动词用过去式（V2 / past form），如 went, finished, was。
- 叙述焦点常在「那时」，不必交代说话当下现场是否仍处于同一状态。
- 常与具体过去时间同现：yesterday, last week, in 2022, … ago。
现在完成时 Present Perfect
- 观察点：说话人关心到现在为止的结果、经历或与现在的联系。
- 结构是 have/has + 过去分词（p.p.），如 has gone, have read。
- 可突出此刻仍可见、可感知、可推断的后续画面（人在哪、东西备好没有、消息是否已传开等）。
- 常与 already, yet, just, ever, never, since, for, so far 等「常配」标志搭配（非绝对）。

中文里出现「已经」不一定自动对译成现完，要先看英语里有没有具体过去锚点。

Simple Past Tense and Present Perfect Tenses
Past simple tells us something started and finished in the past at a certain time. We use the past form of the verb (regular verbs often add -ed; irregular verbs have their own past forms).
Present perfect connects the past to now: the action or situation still matters for the present — a result you can see, an experience you count, or a state that is still true.
Form: present perfect uses have/has + past participle (the third form: -ed/-en or irregular).
